We spent two nights at the Hampton by Hilton in Dresden as a family — my wife, our 17-month-old baby, and myself — and had a wonderful stay. It all started with a warm and friendly welcome at the front desk. Every member of the staff we interacted with was exceptionally helpful and attentive — truly service-oriented. The location is excellent, close to all the main attractions, yet the hotel remains very quiet and peaceful. Our baby slept soundly through the night without being disturbed, which says a lot about the calm environment. A big thank you to the entire Hampton team for your great service and hospitality. We’ll definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Dresden!

This hotel is conveniently located near the Altmarket and a tram stop. It is a new hotel, with some construction occurring in one side. Ask for a room on the quiet side. The fitness center and breakfast were both excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend it.

The map on the website may be pointing to the "Hilton Dresden." The Hampton Hotel is located near the Dresden City Hall, not the Frauenkirche. The Frauenkirche is about a 5-minute walk away. I mistakenly booked the hotel as being near the Frauenkirche. On the day of check-in, I realized that the Hilton Dresden and the Hampton were different hotels, and that the Hampton was not near the Frauenkirche, but the difference in location didn't really matter. After checking in, when I entered the room, the windows were open and insects had gotten in. Also, when I looked at the beds, there were several hairs on the bedding. On both beds. If it was just a few hairs, I thought I could just clean them up myself and use them as they were, but there was a lot of hair on both beds, which was very disgusting. I asked the front desk to change the bedding, and they did, but there was still some hair in the new room, which was really creepy. Does this hotel not wash their bedding? If so, I think they should reconsider their laundry facilities. As someone mentioned in a review, there was an ammonia smell coming from the bathroom. I wasn't expecting a cleaning, but there was limescale in the drains. Although check-out time was 12 noon, staff tried to enter the room just after 10am. The building is new, as it is still under construction, but that's about it. If I ever come to Dresden again, I will never stay at this hotel because I don't trust the service.

Sehr zentral, die Altstadt samt Sehenswürdigkeiten leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, modern und sauber. Das Frühstück war okay, keine großen Auswahl.

Hotel ist neu was man sieht. Die Sauberkeit ist zu optimieren. Leider viel Staub und auch noch fremde Haare in der Dusche. Zwei mal mussten wir nachbessern lassen, da dass Zimmer schlimmer aussah als vor der Reinigung. Zweiter Punkt war die Klimaanlage die einfach nicht funktioniert hat. Wir haben den Mangel gemeldet und es sollte ein Haustechniker einmal schauen, der unmittelbar kommen sollte. Nach 60min. warten haben wir aufgegeben, niemand war da. Beim Checkout haben wir es noch einmal angemerkt. Unser Empfinden war jedoch, das es nicht interessiert hat. Die Lage des Hotels ist super und auch das Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend. Das Personal muss sich vielleicht noch finden.

Wir missten beim Check-in noch 90 Minuten warten bis das Zommer sauber war somi konnten wir erst um 16.30 Uhr einchecken.Im ersten Zommer ging die Klimaanlagen nicht kam nur warme Luft raus. Im zweiten Zummer lief die ganze Zeit die Klospülung. Es wurde die ganze Woche nicht gesaugt in dem Zimmer und im Bad. Sauberkeit naha lässt zu wünschen übrug. Als ich gebucht hatte stand drin das es ein Spa gibt mit Pool. Nur gab es das nicht da es noch im Rohbau ist. Es gab auch kein Restaurant nur Frühstücksbuffet was auch nicht immer frisch aussah. 2 Personen am Empfang waren super und der Rest wusste nicht was sie taten . Das Hotel ist erst seit 5 Monaten geöffnet.

3 Nächte kaum geschlafen, Klimaanlagen funktionieren nicht, anderes Zimmer bekommen, ging dann auch keine Klimaanlage. Fenster ließ sich in 1. Etage nicht öffnen, in der 2.Etage dann nur ein Stück, weil das Bett im weg steht. Pünktlich 7 Uhr gehen die Bauarbeiten los, dann ist die Nacht zu Ende. Frühstück in der Hotelhalle muss man mögen, es geht zu wie auf dem Bahnhof und riecht unangenehm. Wir sind beim Bäcker nebenan frühstücken gegangen. Da das Hotel noch nicht fertig ist muss man wissen, dass man auf einer Baustelle wohnt. Unser Zimmer wurde nie gereinigt. Einzig positiv ist die Lage, das ist dann aber auch schon alles.

Sehr schönes neues Hotel. Zimmer sehr klein. Aber modern eingerichtet. Für 2 bis 3 Nächte optimal. Frühstück gute Auswahl. Aber zu wenig Platz wenn ale um die gleiche Zeit frühstücken wollen. Aber das Hotel ist empfehlenswert.
