"It’s in a really grim industrialised part of Glasgow, but handy for the Hydro. The staff are friendly. The room was very bare and impersonal as you would expect, but the bed was comfy. The breakfast was poor with very limited vegetarian or vegan choices. The pool looked lovely but we didn’t have time to use it. The bar is reasonably priced. The coffee is horrible. I’d probably go for a holiday inn or something cheaper next time. "

"The pool area was great. The room was great. Food was great. The staff when we went got dinner in the evening were the let down. There was a guy with longish hair who basically accused us of trying to steal beans as part of a kids meal. Thankfully another guy came over and sorted it out, he knew there was actually a problem with the app which wasn’t our fault. The first guy was rude and unhelpful. The deserts also took a long time to come out and we had to prompt multiple times for them before they arrived. Breakfast however was fab, staff there were fab! Bar staff were great it was just the one guy who wasn’t! Shame for him to let the rest of the team down! "

"Where do we begin? We arrived at the hotel, and the staff was courteous and very accommodating. Lunch and dinner at the hotel was exquisite, the room was clean and immaculately appointed, and our night’s sleep was peaceful. The Sherbrooke is a hidden gem, and we will tell anyone who visits Glasgow to stay there! Thank you all for such a marvelous stay. "
