"Avoid at all costs. A false four star hotel, more of a capsule style one to two stars hotel, with inefficient disinterested staff and damaged rooms. "Like most hitels in Switzerland, the quality is low and decoration is outdated.
Not a real 4 stars, don't be fooled.
Excellent location, nice staff but outdated and no charm hotel.

"Directly hotel access parking garage was available with fee. Hotel offered free Lausanne public transportation card so that we could use a metro and bus to the city center.
Hotel staff were very nice and friendly. Every worker smiles and greets us.
The room was sparkling clean, beautiful decorations. Bedding was super comfy with fresh sheets.
However we feel uncomfortable about the room layout. We stayed in a business twin room.
Shower room door and toilet door were frosted glass. Also...

"Conveniently located a short walk from the central train station and a metro station. Breakfast was good - lots of options. Comfortable beds. We had a nice view from our room. Do not count on room service in the evening. We were advised to order food using Uber Eats since it would take too long for us to get our food. Housekeeping left our window open a few times. All in all, we would stay here again."
