"Window in Bathroom was black around the bases and one light in bedroom not working."

"Check in was efficient and the welcome friendly. Room and bathroom were a good size and clean. Unfortunately I had to leave too early to try the breakfast. Hotel is only a short walk from Canterbury West train station and the Marlowe Theatre. The room that I stayed in overlooked North Lane and I would just say that if you're a light sleeper it might be a good idea to have earplugs in case the traffic noise bothers you. I'd happily stay here again."

"The whole stay was lovely. The room was great. Clean and very comfortable bed!! Staff were helpful. Love the free mini bar ! Such a nice touch Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked . "Room was basic but clean. Staff helpful. Decent breakfast. Pool quite small and limited poolside chairs. Sauna room small. Jacuzzi was big and good pressure. Lakes restsurant had limited choice for vegetarian and no chicken or lamb dishes. Nothing nearby and the closest place to dine is Faversham. "
