"Very easy to find and great location for where I needed to be that week. The food was OK, a limited menu but the difference in customer service in the restaurant between Sunday night and Monday night was night and day. Sunday night saw efficient service whereas Monday night saw mostly the same staff but lengthy waits for a menu, condiments, cutlery and ultimately the food itself. Monday was no busier than Sunday, but there was a single larger group of approx. 8 diners, which seemed to fox the Chef and impacted the wait on the rest of the food. The gym is small with poorly maintained, noisy treadmills and minimal weights, but on the whole, a good stay for my needs that week."

"Arrived very late, reception was very good and helpful, allocated a suitable assistance room with very good facilities. Only problem was room was cold but we were tired and went straight to bed. Didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment on quality of food."

"Incredible, affordable, beyond our expectations. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights for his birthday. I didn’t have the biggest budget so when I saw the excellent price at Holiday Inn for what looked like a great hotel, I was somewhat sceptical- However, our stay was perfect. From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely pleasant, we came early to leave our luggage instead of dragging it through london and they were very happy to assist and hold on to it until we checked in later. When we returned we were checked in swiftly. The staff offered us great advice on transport to/from london. The bar staff are very friendly, the cleaners are polite and will knock and ask if you need anything in the afternoon- The service is 10/10. The room was massive, spotless and well-stocked. They use eco-friendly shampoos / body wash. There’s an ironing board and hair dryer, free teas and sugar etc. The huge tv has the ability to cast stuff from your phone and many channels available. Theres a telephone with access to 24/7 room service. I’m an extremely cold person and the heating comes on fast :) You also have full control over the thermostat. Overall the whole experience was excellent for the price, despite having a small budget it felt as though we were staying in a 5 star hotel that would generally be wildly over budget. It really exceeded our expectations and we plan to return again later this year after we’ve saved up for another london trip :) "
