"Great location, friendly staff,"

"Check in was effortless with a nice chat with the receptionist. I had upgraded my room for this visit and it was really comfortable with a large bed and a coffee machine, but other than this the standard room I usually have is very good. As ever I used the gym and the pool which are both really good for a hotel. Only problem was, as it's the school holidays the kids were enjoying themselves in the usually tranquil pool,lol. "Checking in and out was really straightforward, with friendly helpful reception staff. We had dinner in the restaurant, and I thought the food was lovely. We were served by Natalie, who was brilliant."
