"The Palms Hotel & Spa is truly TOP NOTCH!! We enjoyed everything about the hotel from the cleanliness, to the amazing staff, to the pool bar and food, I mean it was everything we could have wanted and then some!!! Came to celebrate my husband's birthday and he was overly impressed!!! Many kudos to the management and staff of this lovely hotel!! "

"Room was nice, tidy and clean. Comfy too. the rug was kinda stained and we got a room right by the elevators so all day and night you could hear the beeping haha but besides that it was great."

"By far one of the most wonderful hotel experiences that we’ve encountered. EVER. We were greeted with friendly staff, the rooms were immaculate, the property was clean with every amenity we could ask for, and the location just can’t be beat. We ran in to a challenge with our vehicle and the staff and management team handled our challenges with compassion, professionalism, and absolute exceptional care. We typically stay in 5 star hotels; this hotel surpassed them all. Absolutely incredible!"

"The staff were fabulous, the Hotel was packed with people in the lobby waiting to leave on a cruise out Miami. Even with the number of people checking out at the front desk, the staff immediately acknowledged us and looked after our check in. We were there way to early but they said they would call us as soon as the room was ready. Could not recommend the Croydon enough. Room is very clean, a complimentary bottle of wine and a very short 2 minute walk to the beach. I will go with a 10 out of 10."
