"Overall a good place to stay: clean and pretty new. The only thing I do not like is the breakfast, not many options. But there are several good restaurants (ramen restaurants, McDonald's, an Italian restaurant, etc.) and grocery stores nearby. "

"I’m impressed by service of staff. I’d booking Non smoking room which in the room have a smell of cigarette. Hotel staff offer to change the room immediately. Most if staff are friendly and have a service mind to assist you. The location also very convenient. Just above the subway station and can walk to Shinsaibashi shopping street."

"A wonderful hotel in a superb location. The Candeo is new and plush hotel with a very upscale feel. The location cannot be beat for enjoying Dotonbori sites and Shinshaibashi shopping with both literally a block away. The rooftop onsen was fantastic with a nice outdoor space to relax in. The only negative at all was that we threw in a load of laundry and the dryers hardly worked at all. Two dryers and an hour later it was all still wet. Other than that, fantastic stay!"

"There are only 2 lifts which can take a long time because there are many movements in and out of the hotel and lots of guests. Room is clean and modern. Everything else is great! "

"Stayed for 5 nights at Fraser’s. The location was perfect, stone’s throw away from Namba Station with lots of food and shopping options within walking distance. Appreciate having the washing machine, microwave in the room. Sauna was available by reservation and it was good and private. Breakfast was decent with some nice pastries but could do with more variety. "
