"Overall, a good stay. I really liked the onsen — very peaceful and clean. Staff were polite. But some aspects felt just okay rather than outstanding. It wasn’t the most memorable place I’ve stayed at, but it was comfortable and did the job. Great location. "

"The room was big. I enjoyed having the space and not feeling cramped. The lobby staff were excellent and the free soft drinks of an evening were something I only tried out once but I should have used them before. It was a good way to cool down from rushing around the streets of Osaka. The air con was good too and the other facilities such as bathroom etc were also great. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the park entrance. After a long day at USJ, being able to walk back to the hotel in under a minute was a huge relief. "Excellent for a theme-park hotel and perfectly designed for families. Clean and spacious rooms with lovely views. Rooms, facilities and staff were all excellent. Downside: Stick to the standard buffet breakfast downstairs, as the "premium" buffet was really not worth it, in terms of variety and quality. We did not try the buffet dinner because of this impression from breakfast."

"The buffet was amazing! Some traditional food some western food. Donuts, smoothies and ice cream! Coffee and lattes and the hotel was extremely clean and safe! You can walk to Universal and it is really close to the metro! We loved our stay here! Oh and an added bonus they had hot dogs and ice cream at night for free! Make sure to pay for the morning buffet though well well well worth it!"
