"One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Boston, and I would gladly return. The property was clean, comfortable, and provided an excellent overall experience. One thing to note is that some rooms do not have windows, which may be a drawback for some. Personally, it did not affect my stay."

"Although the hotel is “in” the airport, if you arrive at Terminal B (which most United passengers do) it’s a real hassle to get to the hotel. You have to take a shuttle or two. There were long delays which we would have found completely unacceptable had we been under time pressure. Luckily we were not. Add 30 minutes to an hour to anything they estimate for shuttle service to/from the hotel!"

"We enjoyed how central this hotel was to all that you may need in the Boston area as a traveler. We easily took the train from the airport and didn't even need to go outside to check into the hotel. The only downside of our stay was that we woke up one morning with a bug crawling on one of the pillows. We approached the staff at the front desk about this and were immediately dismissed, being told "At least it's not a bedbug". As a Bonvoy member, I would have expected more out of the staff to at least apologize for this."
