"An excellent hotel to stay if you want to be in the airport. I was so happy that it is literally connected to the terminals which made for a very easy flight. The hotel also has a metro stop connected which made for very easy transport into the city for a quick breakfast. We also accidentally double booked out reservation and they cancelled the extra room free of charge. It was excellent customer service that was welcome for some tourists from America. All staff from front desk to restaurant...

The only thing I found to watch for is how large and busy it gets at times. Add extra time for busy elevators and potential switching between towers. I would definitely stay here again."

"It’s such a pleasure to stay at a hotel where you don’t need to ask for anything; everything is already in the room. The view is amazing, and I loved the heated bathroom floor. All amenities are thoughtfully provided, from towels and extra pillows to an iron and hair dryer. The location is also a big plus, with easy access to the metro, shopping mall, and plenty of food places nearby. If you enjoy the water, you can even go for a swim right outside! I highly recommend Copenhagen Island Hotel...
