"There was a wedding during my stay so the valet was not available to non-wedding guests. Parking cost about $30 even though there was not a single available spot. Folks were double parked and illegally parked and we were told we had to park on the road, which was so unreasonable, especially in the winter. The check in line was excessively longs and staff were not friendly or accommodating. Will not be returning."

Later, I was told that I could complete a credit card authorization form by email instead. If this option had been explained from the beginning, it would have avoided a lot of unnecessary stress.
