"Very very close to San Marco square and easily walkable to many attractions nearby. Staff was 12/10 always friendly and doing the extra mile in terms of service and room details. Only cons were the mattresses being very hard and that the streets were loud from the room, at night when shops were closing, as well as the bell tower ringing at 12pm and 7am, but that is not the fault of the hotel."

"First let me say I’m sad to give a bad review because there are so many things right about the hotel. Location is great, breakfast is good, room is clean and one of best showers encountered on euro trip. Staff was very friendly and would be my new go to hotel in Venice with the exception of the pillows. They were like two thin bags of cement. Hardest I’ve ever encountered, so called the desk late at night asking for softer ones and they sent up two more of the same. They came quickly and if you...
