As soon as we checked in our luggage was immediately taken and placed in our rooms and we were handed drinks. "We absolutely loved this hotel. A complimentary shuttle picks you up from the train station. You receive a welcome glass of bubbly or juice. We booked two massages (last minute) which were excellent. View from rooftop bar was simply stunning. Evening turn down service was a lovely touch. Buffet breakfast was substantial and very fresh. Staff were excellent - attentive and friendly. Would stay again and totally recommend."
