"When we arrived at the hotel we were told that we had no reservation. Our trip was a family trip with two children. We showed them the photocopy of the reservation, they were not satisfied and demanded that I show them the original email (on my mobile phone) and that I call my tour operator, which I did. "We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Saint Alban! The property and the grounds are first class. The room was beautiful with a 180 degree view of the surrounding countryside. Great location in the center of a charming village. Free, secure parking. Breakfast was amazing and the restaurant serves delicious diners five nights a week. The staff couldn't have been friendlier and our host Phillipe gave us so many great ideas about activities in the area. Can't say enough good things about the Hotel Saint...
