A separate advantage was the safe and convenient parking area. The staff were attentive and friendly, and overall we had a very positive experience."

"Overall lovely hotel, food was great throughout and pools were so lovely and warm. Rooms were spacious and quiet, and shuttle to the beach was super helpful. Couple of improvements - the tiles around the pooo get super slippy, we saw several kids fall and almost tripped ourselves. The manager who was manning the ice cream parlour was particularly rude and unhelpful and really put a downer on our trip. On the plus side, entertainment staff were great, especially Marc running games before evening...
