"My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and its was wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The location is amazing, it is SO central to everything from the train station to the Ponte Vecchio bridge. The hotel was so clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the east building which is a separate building from the main building, it’s literally right next door to the main building, but it was fine because they actually upgraded our room. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The maid made a great job leaving spotless the room all the staff very condescending and helpful they make out stay very comfortable the bed was very comfortable we rested very well when we come back from our tour very convenient to the train station and the walking tour meeting was outside the hotel if we come back no doubt we will stay here again "

"I was there for three nights and had no issues. Staff were very polite, the rooms/bathrooms were clean and the hotel itself is in a good location. I would say, however, that I was by myself and the room could be slightly cramped if two people (even though double bed was comfortable). Would recommend if you’re looking for mid-budget hotels."
