"We had the most amazing stay at Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos with our 15-month-old—it truly exceeded all expectations for traveling with a toddler. The resort is incredibly family-friendly and made everything feel easy and relaxing.
One of our favorite parts was the pool setup, especially the comfortable beds by the pool. Having a cozy place to relax while still being close to the water made such a difference with a little one. We could actually enjoy downtime while keeping an eye on our toddler.

"Me and my family have stayed at this resort multiple times over the last decade plus. This recent trip was a little underwhelming when it came to the room cleanliness where the floors were left gritty and sandy and the drinks and snacks were not re-stocked as they usually are. And many weddings were scheduled this week making the normal entertainment venues relocate to sub-optimal locations in the resort. Other than that, all other aspects of the stay were 5 star as usual."

"Location is great but there was two issues. One is when you get in, they literally make you feel that if you want any good service, you better accept their timeshare meeting. It’s all geared to getting you there to sell you their timeshare. Also they do housekeeping every other day and some areas of the hotel gets very loud especially at night. "

"El personal de restaurantes muy amable y dispuesto a resolver. La habitación enorme y aparentemente muy completa pero la regadera estaba tapada y se desbordaba el agua. Como fuimos al Ironman no tuvimos tiempo de hacérselos saber pero creo que quien hizo el cuarto debió haberse dado cuenta. La tina enorme con un escalón nos causó varios golpes.
