"The room was very very dirty. There’s dust and trash everywhere. Just beware it’s dirty. Found a bandaid stuck on the wall on top of the headboard and many other just unsanitary things around the room. Wish I could get a refund. Staff is okay but dont stay here. "

"La habitación no le daban la limpieza necesaria dejaban los espejos sucios no me reponian las tazas para tomar cafe todos los dias les tenía que pedir que me las trajeran junto con las capsulas para cafe.
Las señoritas de la limpieza tocaban la puerta o entraban cuando estaba el letrero de no molestar."

"The staff was very attentive and kind upon arrival. The hotel was a perfect location, right in Times Square, and there were a lot of things to do and places around to eat and enjoy. We had a room facing Times Square so the view was nice and we got to experience the lights and sounds of NYC right from our room. Rooms were clean and spacious for the 4 of us. The restaurant was nice as well and had a good amount of food and drinks. I would stay here again. "

"I did not see any advertisement that they haven’t switched to A/C yet and therefore no way to cool the room down and brought a fan to the room, it was 81 degrees in the room. It cooled down at night but still seemed odd for a hotel in Times Square to have that issue and not forewarn."

"The Paramount at Times Square is hands-down the best hotel I have been to in NYC. The lobby is genuinely gorgeous, and the rooms are quaint.
