L’unica critica negativa va alle stanze, con particolare riferimento ai cuscini purtroppo scomodi e senza possibilità di averne altri (ad esempio trovandoli all’occorrenza collocati in un mobile). "This is one best hotels, if not the best hotel I have ever been. The staff are amazing and incredibly helpful and go above and beyond to make you stay memorable. They helped with issues not relating to the hotel stay. Which shows how dedicated they are to making your stay amazing. When I come back to Florence I will 100% be staying here again. The hotel is a bit pricey but completely worth it. The hotel is 20-30min walk from everything around Florence. The rooms are amazing and extremely clean....

"Das Hotel war hervorragend, sehr gutes Frühstücksangebot. Das Badezimmer und die Zimmer im Neubau blitzsauber, sehr schön und geräumig, großer Smart-TV. Der Kleiderschrank war etwas klein. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich haben bei Bitten und Fragen sofort geholfen. Man ist direkt in der Altstadt und trotzdem in einer ruhigen Seitengasse, nur wenige Minuten von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und tollen Restaurants entfernt. Wir würden das Hotel beim nächsten Besuch wieder auswählen."
