"They said you could have four in a room but made us get another room for the for of us due to my teenage daughter’s. They were extremely rude at desk and throughout hotel. Our room smelled like smoke even though they said it was a non smoking room. Someone unlocked and open our daughters room in the night and they heard it but the front desk said that there was no other entry by there log. I would recommend to look anywhere else but here for your stay and pool use was minimal with only 10 chairs...

"サグラダファミリアが窓から見えるダブルベッド(view)で4Fでしたがとてもよく見え、清潔で広さも充分、4泊大満足の滞在でした。
朝食はフレッシュオレンジジュースや生ハム、スパニッシュオムレツやチーズ、パン、フルーツなどスペインを感じながらサグラダファミリアを毎朝目の前にいただきました。屋上 テラスのルーフトップバーは、サグラダファミリアがより近く目の前に現れ、最高で贅沢な時間を過ごせます。日の入が21：30頃だったので20：00〜の予約がちょうど良く、明るい時間から暗くなってライトアップされた景色までいろんな表情を観ることができました。"

"I gave this place three stars because the amenities are not as described. The pool is actual one single jacuzzi and the other jacuzzi was closed. The gym very tiny, and when I was there the staff let three girls change and shower in the gym area. I asked to speak to the manager and he wasn’t there. I asked for the manager to contact me about the incident and he did not. It was unprofessional. The front door area was under construction the entire time. "Spacious double room (the most basic of rooms available), nicely presented, and plenty of storage space. Nice bathroom with walk in shower.
Buffet breakfast one of the best I've experienced, plenty of choice including some cooked items.
Great rooftop pool/bar and space to sit and enjoy the sun. Lots of different areas available to either sit and drink/eat, or merely just lie back and relax.
Would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Lovely property and very conveniently located, central and walkable to many of the tourist highlights. Only reason for slightly lower ratings were that the room keys didn't work multiple times which was a hassle, coupled with elevator issues that several times only had one elevator working and meant multiple climbs up and down stairs. Fine for us, but an issue for many and not great when had luggage. Not the staffs fault but just a hassle. Room and hotel itself was very nice."
