"The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained.
Our only concern was with parking. The hotel lot is offsite and was full so we had to find other parking which was difficult especially with the very narrow roads."

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a room with an ocean view and it was just wonderful. We used our balcony in the morning, late afternoon and every evening. It was perfect.
Staff were friendly and helpful, however the lines were usually long to talk to someone at the front desk.
The location was perfect. Very close to the train station and so many shops, restaurants and pubs. We would definitely come back to Santa Susanna and stay here again!"
