It is air conditioned, although, when you leave the room, it shuts off and you have to reset it when you return. Staff was nice and offered help but may not be great at follow through with the request/offer. We booked transportation to airport for the day we leave through the reception. On the day, there was no signs of such transportation nor any records of one being booked. They ended up calling a taxi for us. One time we called to get a hair dryer replacement and was told someone would come in 15 minutes. No one ever showed up. Small inconveniences but front desk staff and restaurant overall were pleasant and helpful."
