"Staff were very attentive, room was beautiful and very spacious with all amenities needed. The roll top bath was the icing on the cake. Breakfast was very tasty and a reasonable price."

Dried blood on bathroom wall Cracked bathroom sink Towel ring hanging off. Toilets in main restaurant were dirty Staff at desk helpful Great location shame money not being spent to keep it clean , presentable & nice"

"A lovely overnight stay. The sandwiches at lunchtime ( especially the Club) and the truffle and Parmesan fries were superb as was dinner. Lovely clean rooms, tastefully decorated throughout the hotel and staff were extremely helpful. What a stunning position next to the river!"

"The place is picturesque and it could be so much more if they put effort in. The bed was comfortable but not the pull out bed. The breakfast was ok, staff was very limited sometimes you were waiting half HR for a seat when really there were not that many guests. The pool had some work done and the saw dust was sitting on the side for two days. Shame as it a lovely building."
