"Excellent service for everything! Enjoyed dining and professional service attended to the hotel guests. Located across from Nara Park where deer were freely roaming. I often saw a deer family walking around in the property, too. Highly recommend this hotel to experience a quiet and courteous nights."

"Everything about this hotel was exceptional, the room, the spa, the food, the grounds and in particular the staff. Their friendliness and attention to detail made our stay so special, we couldn’t fault a thing. The food has to be some of the best hotel food we’ve ever eaten and we loved how private each table was with its own scenic view."
