"What a great hotel. The rooms are big, bright and comfortable. The service is friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffet is amazing. The service is friendly and efficient. And it's excellent value! This is my new favourite hotel in Nairobi. The gym deserves a special mention. It has a wide range of machines and free weights and expert trainers. It has outside members, so everything is well maintained."

"Although the property was undergoing renovations the noise was kept to a minimum and we were situated in the alternate wing across the path from the main building. Key card was deactivated several times as I had placed it by my phone. I had not had this happen in the past. But staff were quick to make it right. They are lovely. "

Access to a good gym, so good a colleague at another hotel sought to use it for its squat rack. Great location with access to Westgate Shopping, several business partners, local food and shopping of the upmarket and down market varieties. The staff was consistently on-point with quick service and pre=preemptive supports. "
