"Me and my family love this hotel. At first, i thought the bedroom was small, but when we saw the bathroom we were amazed. The toilet was in its own closet opposite of the bathroom, it has a bidet and toilet tissue was refilled everyday. The bathroom had two sinks and I love the design of the bath shower and tub, the shower is really spacious. Taking a bath and soaking in the tub after a long day feels really nice. "関西万博の為に利用しましたが、会場の西ゲートの循環バスはホテルの目の前で、非常に便利で良かったです。大浴場もありがたかった。ただ、朝食はビュッフェの為、かなり混雑してます。出かける予定のある場合には早めの時間をおすすめします。"

"it was an amazing stay that is worth every penny. amazing location, safe to walk around even at night. easy access to airport bus as well as all the subway stations in the area. heart of all the malls so it was easy to go back to hotel for a quick break before continuing the shopping journey. loved the option of eco cleaning so that we can get new water and towels without having to have someone enter the room. this is 100% where i’m gonna stay next time i travel to osaka. Great place to wrap up the day with a glass of bubbles and a few snacks!!! The location was great.. close to the metro, but very quiet and safe..
