All the staff were really lovely but the lady in reception who dealt with us was especially helpful to us. The breakfast was really nice too. "A very appealing hotel.Tastefully traditional. Gardens beautifully laid out;so many private areas to relax in. Range of apartments in modern style too. I had enjoyable stay in Junior Suite. Dining room really attractive with very pleasing views . Always a great relief in Bowness to have a place with great parking!!. MINUS-The cupboard with the clothes rail is no substitute for a proper wardrobe as it is cold and musty."
