"There’s not enough good things to say about The Park Vista! Very clean and elegant with the most amazing views of the mountains and strip. We stayed in the suite with double bunk beds. The kids absolutely loved that they had their own room and bathroom and so did we! Lol Both rooms were VERY spacious. Balcony was used quite a bit to do some bear watching in the parking lot. There is also a free trolley that picks up and drops off right at the front with multiple stops along the strip you can hop...

"A luxury motel worth every penny! Location is outstanding. Our room was spacious and room to move around. We will definitely be returning in August. Only drawback, we chose to park our own car and not use valet service. Don't quite understand why off-site parking is charged it’s a small walk. Trolley was never available as we were coming or leaving. Overall our granddaughter enjoyed her visit."

"We were SO pleasantly surprised by this place !
We had a vrbo booking scam so arriving frazzled to a last minute booking did NOT disappoint.
This place was huge ! And SO reasonable.
We would absolutely stay here again when we come back to Dollywood."

"Ripken Baseball fields are next door, so if you're looking for a romantic getaway, call first and ask if there are any events going on at that complex. The hotel was amazing, but absolutely packed with pre-teen/teen kids who made the adult vibe of the rooftop bar & restaurant feel more like a Frankies' Fun Park.
Having said that, we will definitely consider this hotel at the top of our list if we do this excursion again. Rooms were nice and clean (not carpeted-loved that). Ample space and...
