"Upon inspecting my room on arrival, the towels in my bathroom were dirty, wet with one towel having someone's bodily fluid on it. Upon calling the reception to complain, I did not receive an apology and instead the lady said they would send someone up to check whether it was their mistake! In addition to these towels being filthy, the towels were not even placed on a proper shelf, they were folded and left on top of an area above the toilet."

"L’Accès direct à l’aéroport est un plus sans contestation. Repas du soir pris sur place et de qualité correcte. Le personnel tant au restaurant qu’à la réception a été professionnel et sympathique. Petit bémol sur la porte de la salle de bain qui mérite un coup de peinture en partie basse. Ça ne joue en rien sur lhebergement mais on se dit que ce n’est pas du niveau que l’hôtel compte conserver.
Le prix du petit déjeuner est du même montant qu’un plat principal au restaurant le soir: peut être...

"We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. A few minutes walk from the Grande Place but in a lovely suburb with cafés and restaurants nearby. The room was well laid out and very quiet. The staff were extremely helpful. We didn’t have any meals in the restaurant simply because we didn’t want to have a big breakfast but it looked delicious.
Just a word of warning if you are getting a taxi to the hotel, make sure you get the right NH Collection hotel. We started heading to the wrong hotel."

"Room clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Close to many attractions. I would like to express my gratitude to David the concierge, after check out i asked him to book a taxi to Brussels-Midi station, but he informed me that due to a demonstration, traffic was so bad i probably would not make my train back to the UK. So he he carried my bags at least 500 metres to Brussels Central and put me on the correct platform to catch a train to Brussels-Midi. i arrived in plenty of time to catch my train."

"Clean and spacious room.
This hotel is stunning! Impeccable! Very closed by to the airport. Train station is just in front of the hotel. Nearby small walking distance supermarket for a snack or small food. Restaurants also nearby.
I am very specific and picky when it comes to hotel and this one, was the perfect one 👌. They have a shuttle car to and from the airport. You just have to say at what time you would like to get picked up. It's a very punctual service."
