"I’d requested an early check in, but arrived only about 20 minutes before check in time. I was given a 2 queen room when I booked a king. When I called downstairs they told me it was because I’d “checked in early.” It would have been nice if the clerk had mentioned the substitution, because I’d have waited 15-20 minutes for a king. I also asked the clerk what the closest metro station with parking was and he said there wasn’t one. That I should take the hotel shuttle. That’s a lie because there’s a station with ample parking two miles away. The room itself was fine except for a very tired and pilled bedspread on one bed and a dirty robe in the bathroom. The toilet ran incessantly all night. This Westin isn’t as nice as it once was. It’s always been our go-to when flying in and out of Dulles. Might be time to make a change. "

"All awesome except the indoor pool and the game room close early evening. It'd be nice to have them open at night as something to do. "
