"An Exceptional Stay – Luxury, Outstanding Service and Genuine Care We had a wonderful stay at Lancaster Luxury Apartments and Hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the beautiful, brand-new luxury apartments to the exceptional service, everything exceeded our expectations. What truly sets this property apart is the staff. "The breakfast had a good selection but I paid for an expresso coffee as the coffee was not strong enough. The sauna etc was being renovated so we couldn’t use it. Staff were always attentive and helpful. It was close enough to walk to the market and shopping center."

"Hotel is a good location, not noisy at all. Room was large, but not enough shelving."

"Spare aesthetic, great location, friendly and professional staff. I like the design and services there. You can enjoy free daily afternoon tea from 3-5 pm (delicious cakes, fresh fruits with many tea options) and listen to live traditional music on Sunday. Soaking in a Jacuzzi bath is the perfect way to end a long, tiring day. I loved it. I got a good night card with fresh fruit and jam. So sweet! I think this is a perfect choice for where to stay in Saigon."
