"Upon first impression, seems to be a great stay due to modern building and surroundings, however when we got into the rooms, it seemed like cigarettes that hadn’t been aired out or clean at all. They left dirty socks in the drawl, rooms were moderately cleaned, and the beds and sheets are old and extremely uncomfortable. Furthermore, during the check-in process, it was not very smooth as there is no one at the front desk to greet you. We waited 30 mins for someone to arrive to let us in and he...

"Property never replied and I couldn’t check into booking. Front desk said have to contact host, even though check in instructions said to contact front desk. Contacted the property 5 days leading up to arriving, no response. Messaged property before my flight, no response. Arrived to Vietnam and property never responded. Then contacted Expedia and they said they can’t offer a refund even though I never even got to check in and stay at the booking. Absolute nightmare of an experience."
