"The staff is professional, courteous, warm and welcoming. The cleaning staff did a horrible job overall (they do not vacuum the rug under the table, they did not clean the bathroom properly, nor did they make the beds properly. Also, the sheets had clear visible signs of being unclean and they did not change the sheets. I believe that it's certain days that they change the sheets. Yuck!!! And this place is not cheap, so a big thumbs down to the cleaning staff. The food variety could be...

"The staff were so lovely and despite disruption with other guests during our stay, the staff were so apologetic and gave us a late check out. The breakfast was lovely and the spa too. "

"A beautiful grand hotel with very welcoming staff, manager, reception and bar staff could not have been more helpful. We stayed in a dog friendly room, the bed was super comfortable with views countryside views. Breakfast was delivered to our room and fresh and delicious. The grounds around the hotel are stunning. We will definitely stay again when in the area. "
