"Was looking forward to staying here after reading great things about it. Very underwhelmed with the experience. The room was small and dated and needed general maintenance. We had made two separate bookings because we extended our stay before we had even arrived. We were not able to just stay in the room, we had to check out at 11 and move to another room at check in time. The WiFi was very spotty. The pool area was very small."

This includes Gordonn, Maria, Josee and Nelson. The room was excellent as was the food and the WiFi was very fast. We highly recommend staying here. We only wish we had more time to explore Kigali and Rwanda as we only had one night here. Thank you to all the staff!"

"I had an excellent stay at this historic hotel. It was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The bar and restaurant were also very good. Great views over the surrounding area and within east walking distance of the city center. I would thoroughly recommend!"
