"hotel bem localizado, boas instalações quarto e banheiro amplos e café da manhã com todos os itens tradicionais de um café da manhã e com reposição.
possui 2 elevadores pequenos que como o hotel não estava cheio atenderam normalmente.
a garagem que possui no hotel é terceirizada pagando a diária do carro a parte o que pode aumentar o custo da hospedagem mas dá pra estacionar em ruas próximas sem cobrança de rotativo."

"The hotel was great except we were given a room with a the view that we had paid for. At the checkout, when asked, we were told that we should have asked at the checkout in, which makes no sense. The top floors are not blocked by the shorter buildings across. The elevator buttons were also flaky. They light up after the card scanned, and then they would go off. That happened half of the time. Otherwise, a great hotel in a great location and we had a great time."

"Nice people, great location, good breakfast! We walked almost everywhere in the historic center no matter of the rain. The restaurant and staff were very helpful. We had dinner at Majorica once which was really great and walking distance from the hotel. Thank you"

"This stay was amazing. The owner, Regina, and her staff is very kind and helpful, the property is very clean and comfortable, breakfast is sorted with many items and fresh bread and fruits, and there’s many cozy lounges to relax, read, or meet new friends. Regina herself is always present checking if we need anything.
The staff is always ready to advise on places to visit, or the best restaurants in town.
We highly recommend this place. You’ll be surprised."

"Ficamos na suite principal. Linda, limpa, bem aconchegante. Os funcionários senti uma falta de padronização absurda. Alguns muitos bons, e outros não.. deixavam a desejar. Mas o que mais me indignou foi o estado da piscina natural. Fica mais isolada, na parte de cima do hotel e, embora tenha uma estrutura la (um vasto bar, cadeiras, mesas, quadra de tenis, etc) estava completamente abandonada. Nao havia UM funcionario sequer la em cima. Bar fechado. E trechos da piscina IMUNDOS. A escada pra...
