You are in a 5 star hotel with 3 star service. Examples include having to approach staff for beverage service and dining room not being properly set up (e.g. napkin missing, utensils not provided) and having to request items."

"The appartement was great, very well equiped and comfortable it felt better than home. It has everything you need specially a fireplace that kept us warm during our stay
The owner is a great person, he was all the time reachable to answer questions and offered all kind of help.
I totally recommand this beautiful appartement
