"We had an excellent stay at this beautiful hotel. The room was particularly clean and comfortable and the shower was just amazing. "A so-so stay. My dad wanted this break to be special as part of my mum’s birthday and we found our stay to be underwhelming. Firstly, through some research it appears that this hotel is no longer a part of the main Hilton group. This wasn’t communicated to us and caused a little anxiety not knowing if the booking was still valid or not. I called a few days prior to have this confirmed and the staff member on the phone advised we only had 1 night booked instead of 2. I had to explain this wasn’t...
