"Food was amazing, excellent options especially for vegetarians. Rooms were old school but comfortable. Cleanliness of the room wasn’t 100 per cent. Each day I had to ask for fresh towels and to change the sheets, it wasn’t done automatically. Staff were exceptional, so helpful and fun and nice to the kids. The lack of air conditioning in the common areas and also the kids club was an issue. Also eating at the pool bar was often extremely hot and there was no air ventilation. The hotel is amazing...

From a 5 star resort one would expect significantly higher standard-no variety, not good display and not tasty. Specialty restaurants were nice and tasty. "

"Fabulous hotel! Family suite with two bedrooms (room 2106). Great size for what we needed. Plenty of space. Amazing staff throughout from reception, cleaning, pool and bar staff. Nothing was too much bother. Food and drinks were great and some good evening entertainment. Pool area is lovely, really big, with plenty of seating and loungers. Can’t say enough good things to be honest. Location is also great. 15 mins to the beach and Kos old town and the harbour. A perfect spot, highly recommend....

"Our 2nd stay in 2 years here. It’s a great hotel for all. As a family of 2 adults and 2 kids it’s been a great stay. We really enjoyed it. Variety of pools, different activities, and generally a quiet environment which enables it to feel very safe and relaxing. It’s a recommended hotel, and even with a decline in the dining options this year we would still not hesitate to come back, if it was a return to Kos we were after.
