"Great location. Excellent pool area & gym, sauna, steam room. Friendly check in staff who helped me with some challenges. Comfortable bed, quiet rooms. Great on site bar. My only recurring concern at this property is the breakfast area, it seems overwhelmed & understaffed at busy times which simply seem to be unavoidable at any times recently. Also the chef does his own thing regardless of my order. "

"From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the lobby staff (concierge and front desk). We were invited to dine for breakfast as our room was being prepared which was a wonderful experience as we had just flew in 17 hours from the US. This was such an unexpected surprise as usually hotel staff would ask you to come back during check in. Our stay was absolutely amazing. From the dining room staff at breakfast each morning to the housekeeping staff who warmly wished us good day each time...

"The hotel itself has a really cool vibe throughout. Everything is well-maintained and also retro chic. The restaurant is fantastic. We went to high tea and cannot say enough about how wonderful the offerings were. The staff is extremely friendly and the rooms were super comfortable and clean. Also, have to say the tub was fantastic and very deep so made for a wonderful evening hot soak with bath salts readily available!! The only thing I will say is a possible negative is that the parking garage...

"This is a really interesting hotel - from the outside it looks like you are staying in a beautifully restored quaint local home with a gorgeous frontage. When you walk inside you realize it has been gloriously renovated - in a much more modern vibe. The art is beautiful, the rooms are perfect, the tiny library (with your complimentary wine) is so relaxing. We felt very at home and the staff were exceptional. Oh and breakfast was delicious on the porch."
