"We checked in for 4 night
We had 2 rooms booked - all 3 had bad drain smell in bathroom and AC was not working in rooms . After talking to staff they gave us 3 new room -AC was working but funky smell on bathroom
One room had smell like dead rat which again end up in changing
Very poorly maintained hotel
Even after paying 600 $ a night we end up in changing room 2 times
Carpet throughout the hotel was worst ever and very dusty"

"Completely charming and so centrally located to everything that it was easy to pop in and out of the hotel throughout the day. I had a room on the first floor facing the street and was initially concerned that it might be noisy but it was perfectly quiet and the room was completely dark with the shutters. I also used the gym, which was completely sufficient. Lovely experience and I would definitely go back."

"This is a great hotel for a stay near a city. The staff were friendly and the service was good. Breakfast was well thought out but we feel that the general menu for lunch and dinner needs improvement. The quality of the food we ate there was good though. The gym was lacking, very small. The pool area was a bonus, didn’t struggle to get a sun lounger, would have liked more staff presence here for a five star hotel. We heard that they were short of staff members due to long term illness though....
