"A disappointing stay due to noise and inconsistent service.
I appreciated the early check-in and late checkout provided through my Expedia membership benefits.
However, at check-in, I was told I could use the terrace. When I went there, I was informed it was reserved for wedding guests and asked to leave. If it was booked for a private event, this should have been communicated clearly from the outset.
In room 519, noise continued until 3 a.m., preventing me from getting a decent night’s...

"Lots to like about the hotel. Staff are lovely, the pool was fabulous to use after a long day sightseeing, the room was small but comfortable and the bathroom had lovely products. We enjoyed the complimentary drink on our first night and the most delicious meal in Baba, which I would highly recommend! The negative was the noise from our room. We were in the modern bit, next to the Wetherspoon pub and both Fri and Saturday night until after 1am was very loud with lots of drunk people. It was...

"Fantastic stay in truly beautiful surroundings, my bedroom was stunning but it was also very warm…tried fiddling with the heater and even a staff member did also but we couldn’t really work it out as the heater never really cooled down which was a shame.
Other than that the stay was great but the it was just a shame regarding the heat."

"In my opinion, it's not a 5-star hotel. I was given a tiny room that was supposed to accommodate two passengers, with the only window facing a car; it was on the first floor, facing the parking Lot. They moved us to a second-floor room, which was not great either, after I requested to speak to the manager, not the other way around. The welcome card listed another name, and the toiletries were not enough for two. The linnen room on the second floor was always open, showing all the toilet paper,...

"Ci siamo trovati benissimo e siamo stati accolti subito con gentilezza e calore, inoltre l'host ci è venuto in contro aiutandoci con l'adattatore della presa della corrente, avendolo dimenticato a casa, e ci ha prestato il suo.
La stanza era pulitissima, ordinata e con tutto il necessario per vivere in relax e per godersi al massimo la città.
La colazione è molto buona con tante varianti per tutti i tipi di gusti e la sala colazione rende il tutto ancora più magico.
