From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm Fijian hospitality. Check-in was smooth, and the welcome drinks set the perfect tone for a relaxing getaway. The resort itself is stunning — beautifully maintained gardens, gorgeous lagoon-style pools, and plenty of space so it never felt crowded even during a busy holiday weekend. We loved spending our days poolside and taking peaceful walks around the property. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The bed was super cozy and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.Breakfast was fantastic with a huge variety of options, and the restaurants offered delicious food and great service throughout our stay. "Very poor service,the air conditioning was not working amd we were only told about the check in was done ....and told will provide fan but wasnt provided.we asked for our refund so we can move to some othe hotel which was approved but till date we haven't received our received....i already called the hotel for follow up but no reply "
