Our one time effort for room service was disappointing as we waited more than an hour and a half and 3 calls, evidently there was an issue with our ordering by the phone rather than the internet ( which required you to sign in) even though we had the option. We found this frustrating. Overall our stay was excellent and the staff were all very respectful and helpful."

"Convenient location for a shopping trip to Chadstone. Great hotel. Only thing I didn’t like was the design of the bathroom. Theres no bench at all to put toiletry bags on or to do your makeup, theres just 2 sinks that look like they are plastic kegs with taps attached"
