"Ok no Great service"

"We had the option to upgrade to the ambassador suite on arrival for not much more and it was the best decision ever. Lots of room to roam for my six year old, and even had partial harbour view. Loved our stay, would come back again. "

"We are total hillbillies living for a few days beyond our means. The hotel is so classy, clean and with great views. The bathtub is in front of a western window and we bathed and watched the beautiful Australian sunset. I loved it. The staff was so accommodating. Not one nasty person and the included breakfast kept us from eating till dinner. I loved Australia and staying in Sidney in such a classy place, was a great way to conclude a month of trekking!! "
