"Fantastic value for money in my opinion- Lovely facilities, friendly staff, great location and most important spotlessly clean! My child has eczema and at 4am in the morning messaged them about possibly getting hollow fibre pillows and duvet (thinking for the next day) 2 minutes later and had a knock at the door with the new bedding! Will definitely be returning and 100% recommend."

"Great customer service, friendly and welcoming from reception to bar staff. Hotel room was clean, airy and well decorated. Fantastic location near the tube, shops, restaurants and the Royal Albert Hall. Great value for money too with big rooms, spacious beds and nice mocktail / cocktail menu. Would recommend and stay again."

"The beds were comfortable , the room was quite warm but within minutes 2 fans were brought to the room which were great, the evening meal we had there was lovely and the service was great. The staff are so polite and professional, the Piano player on an evening was amazing. Would highly recommend this hotel a little off the beaten tourist track but well worth it and easy to get to every where . Loved it "
