"The property was beautiful but my check in was lacking a lot of information; breakfast times, location, available amenities were not explained to me but the staff was nice and professional. The property was beautiful and my room was a great location. The items in the room such as shower steamers being a charge per use was very disappointing for such a distinguished brand as Hyatt! Overall the room was nice & very clean! 10th floor had a decent view, breakfast with a view was nice; too windy for outdoor eating though."
