"I would not recommend this hotel. The service was non-existent. We did not even get a welcome letter. I ordered a meet and greet service through the concierge, and it was a complete disaster. One of them, Leah, was particularly rude and arrogant, The staff provided no explanation as to the dinner package we purchased. Our room had a terrible smell coming from shower/ toilet on and off. "Fantastic location with stylish, comfortable rooms. Easy access to both the metro and the RER, making it incredibly convenient for getting around Paris. Despite the ongoing construction in the area, the hotel is surprisingly quiet. Excellent place to stay for sightseeing in Paris, as many of the city's major attractions are easily accessible via Metro Line 1, which is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The surrounding district is a marvel in itself, with plenty to explore. Loved our stay!"

"This hotel is definitely a 5 star hotel, by looks. The rest was horrible. Beautiful property but horrible service. I proposed on this trip, and was supposed to have flowers that I had arranged and purchased myself to be dropped off in the room by concierge/guest relations. The night of the proposal, we returned to the room, bed unmade, and no delivery of flowers in sight. After going to guest services, it took them an hour to find the flowers and even then, they were not sure that the flowers...
