"The location is good and i liked the idea of the river view but it was very very noisy with a marathon going on until 2:30 in the morning. When i called down to the front desk, there was no acknowledgement that this was even an inconvenience. Also, if youre older, getting into the shower could be an issue. "The customer service was amazing. My flight was very late. The hotel manager allowed me late check out , access to the SPA, swimming pool, access to the gym and free access to the food/ drinks area until my transportation. Room service was exceptional. "
