"It's a clean new hotel and the spa was amazing. Only 5 mins walk frm 1Batam Mall. Will stay here again. They have grilled on d spot meat for bfast buffet too."

"The hotel is under renovation so we could
not stay there. Called hotels.com but was put on hold for a ridiculous 92minutes. Agent said will look for a vacancy nearby the amir hotel and get back to me, but did not get back to us after waiting for close to 2 hours. Walk in to a nearby hotel and was immediately offered a room. Waste my time, international call time, money and most importantly ruined the trip for me and my girlfriend. I wish to speak to the higher up of hotels.com for compensation."
